Legs are annoyingly sore from yesterday and I've run out of time for the day, but I want to help the habit stick. Did reps to failure with the pipe doing military presses. Made it to 53.

Brief Workout - 4/5/11
Trying to get back into the paleo thing. Did a short workout to get loosened up:
Three rounds:
10 Squats with Slosh Pipe
10 Reverse Curls with Slosh Pipe
20 Medicine Ball sit-ups
Afterword I did a quick set of 15 Military Presses with the pipe to test how to do them in my basement.

New Year 2011
Trying to get back in the swing of things as the new year kicks off. I didn't make the 1000 cut challenge, running out of steam at 500. The single sword mollinets really did a number on my forearms... RMSG is doing fitness assessments based off of the 100 pushups project and it's derivatives. Yesterday did 23 pushups in a set, 44 sit-ups. Today did 48 squats with the slosh pipe, 35 military presses, and 20 jerks (I think that's the proper term, just the latter half of a clean-and-jerk, no squat).
